Unable to save contacts to address book #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for any contact using the app
2. Open 1 of the contact, to view their details
3. Unable to find the option to save contact. 
4. Click on the picture icon next to the name, no option to save to contact 
appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output: Option to save the contact, either by tapping the picture icon 
or use the menu option (like in the previous version).
What is seen: Clicking the picture icon has no action associated. Clicking the 
menu, I see on the setting option.

What version of the product are you using? 2.0.0

What version of Android are you running? ICS 4.0.1, Galaxy SII

What version of Exchange are you connecting to? 2010
