maybe for

index 144, press A to get skill menu, may also add the altenative ALT+RMB, which is doing the same?

and for

index 136, SHIFT+Y to transform lasers, I'm not sure if that ain't the same issue as with index 135 (transforming scopes) are there any transformable lasers in unmodded 1.13? or would this also require a mod that has some of those?
