Silent snitch option #308

Since snitches are not saying anything useful, it's getting annoyning like skyrider after a time to listen all the same reports, so it would be great to have "silent snitches" options, like "silent skyrider".

That's already a thing. A little hidden inside the "snitch"-option (same UI where doctoring, repair etc is chosen) I don't recall the exact wording, but in a submenu of that we can decide somethink like "report on team" which can be selected and un-selected in that submenu

Maybe it would be best to disable it by default, I missed that option.
