Router like other REST frameworks #1

As a developer of central and living in 2014, I would expect to have a REST like php router which maps corresponding URLs to the particular controller scripts, rather than having ugly URLs at the back of domain name.

Deleted branch bleeding-edge-somsubhra, as the router was 'not-so-good'. New development takes place in 'bleeding-edge'. Issue to be addressed in that branch only
