add jobs by admin #22

story-1 There must be option for admin to add new jobs that have arrived from the contractor and post them in the website .....so, there must be a button to "add jobs" in admin account that will move to the page where he should fill the Adar Id and worker detail and other authentications if necessary.

Most probably the contractor himself will add. But we will still have this option open
