I don't particularly want to merge this, because these jokes are a bit political and some might find them offensive. See https://github.com/1egoman/funnies/issues/6#issuecomment-255532642.

If you can clean them up and make the jokes less politically polarizing, then I'd accept another PR. Thanks anyway!
