IOS 13 issue #77

After update IOS 13 the segment control behave differently and the tint color also not working.Any update for this issue ?

I am using version 3.6.2. Xamarin forms 3.4

This issue was fixed in version 4.2.

@1iveowl Thanks for the update but the current control seems doesn't support border or background color.So it it possible to add the border in the current control ?
