Scaling Algorithm isn't Correct

Steps:

• Make a 100x100 canvas
• Draw a diagonal 1px line from one corner to the other (exactly)
• Fill one side (same colour as line)
• Resize width to 1% using Stretch/Skew
• End result is a 50% one colour, 50% the other colour line. It should produce a gradient.
