[BUG] One finger now scrolls canvas, rather than 2. #185

Expected behaviour

The canvas not to scroll with one finger, but to draw, and scroll with two.

What happens

You can draw ONCE. That’s it. After that, it’ll draw a tiny line then start scrolling out of bounds, and stutter a lot.

other information

Did you change a touch/mouse/scrolling thing recently?

I can't recreate this issue on the Chrome Developer Tools or on Safari on the iPhone. Is this issue on a certain browser? or maybe has it been fixed ?

I think this has been fixed, I can't do it either.
