Color and tool bar positions #205

Since I use this zoomed in 200% on a 768p screen, the horizontal color bar hides. You could maybe make an OPTIONAL and default off feature where it saves your toolbar positions to your cookies. Or at least automatically make the color bar vertical if it can't display horizontally.

I have a vertical color bar mode, is that good enough? The setting is saved to the URL: https://jspaint.app/#vertical-color-box-mode Switching automatically does seem like a good idea though.
