Text in pop-up windows shows up black in dark theme #207

There is a bug in JSPaint where opening the "About Paint" window whilst in the dark theme which causes all the text(excluding the links) shows up as black. here is a picture of the bug:

I actually have a fix for this in a branch, edit-colors-dialog, which I'll release when I finish up the Edit Colors dialog.

Correction: this is actually affected for ALL pop-ups.
