Hotdog stand theme #243

Hi, I noticed the hotdog stand theme is missing from the themes menu. Is this a bug or is it intentional?

Haha, you can actually drag and drop .theme and .themepack files onto JS Paint. If you can find a port of Windows 3.1 color schemes to Windows 9x, it should be able to load it. (I don't know if a direct port is possible, they may have very different color slots for customization.)

That's super cool! I didn't know that was an option. I found a win 7 themepack but wasn't able to find anything 9x. I'll have to dig around some more and see if I can find one
