add Edit->Copy as Data URI #267

Add a "Copy as Data URI" menu in "Edit" with shortcut Ctrl+Shift+C to convert the selection image to the base64 encoded data uri.

Sorry, I don't feel like this fits in. It's too technical (most people don't know what a Data URI is), and niche (most people can just use Copy), and I don't want to clutter the menus.
