[Feature] Photoshop / Illustrator Color Saving, Format, And Editing Setting #268

I have noticed how if you load a large palette of, around, 256 colors, the screen will cut off those colors, and I suggest that a Photoshop-like "Swatches" Format would be useful as a toggle, because in Photoshop, when colors reach the intended horizontal limit, it loops around, also maybe try adding a more accessible color editor like the Photoshop Swatches Window, in which you can use the spectrum of colors and use a drop-down menu for adding or deleting colors. below is a screenshot of a program called Photopea, a free, online alternative to Photoshop, Used to demonstrate how the "Swatches" Window Should look.

I'm closing this as a duplicate of https://github.com/1j01/jspaint/issues/254 (for palette overflow). As for a more accessible color editor, I know the Windows-style dialog is somewhat cumbersome, but I spent a lot of time getting it just right, and so I'm happy with it. Eventually I want to make a Photoshop killer, but I can't do that if I keep adding features here and there to JS Paint. I recommend people use Photopea if they want something more advanced...
