The engine is setup to generate themes and then assign weightings to each safety theme for each report.
Problem
As TAIC is quite restricted by what they can say it would be best to use their predefined safety themes.
This technically could be easy to do by just adding in the config an option to provide your own theme etc.
However there are two problems:
The predfined themes are not all encompassing, so it cannot be expected that a person could assign all 100% of contribution to the provided themes.
There are per mode safety themes. This allows for some quite specific themes but also requires change in the way that the engine curates the themes and the webapp displays.
Solution
I will need to do a few things:
[x] Allow the theme reader and summarizer to work from a predefined set
[x] Update the weightings step to have either all encompasing or not options. This will allow the requirements of a sume of 100% to be dropped.
[x] Add in support to generate per mode safety themes. Not much will change but just when searching for reports can filter out by the id.
[ ] #78 this wont be completed now and will be worked on at a later stage.
