Updates and bug fixes - arnes #4

This PR include various bug fixes for sentry_moodle_database class (mostly compatibility bugs with moodle_database class), added tests (modified from Moodle DML tests for moodle_database, for compatibility) and potentialy included user data.

The sentry_moodle_database class gets reformatted, hence the big diff.
