Hi there,

I downloaded this amazing program (never used this site before, but had tried multiple times for hours trying to get razer synapse 2 to work for big sur, piece of junk) I found this and it's amazing! works with all my other accessories. However, It doesn't seem to work with my Razer Mamba TE (But it might be the mouse, tbh idk about this stuff) so if it's possible to confirm that this program works with my mouse, it would be incredible.

Thanks, Pig P.S I apologise if this is something rude to ask or not the right format to post an issue. I just made an account specifically for this.

I completely didn't add any details! It recognises the mouse and has a list of chroma options, however clicking them does not change the colours.

Same issue here with an M1 Pro on Monterey 12.3.1. My other Razer devices function perfectly with this app (vers. 0.4.9), but the MambaTE (model RZ01-0137) simply sits in a strobing rainbow no matter what I do or set inside the app. I am happy to provide any type of logs or help with debugging, just point me in the right direction. The openrazer site looks like it lists this model as supported.

system_profiler SPUSBDataType output, to help further identify/debug:

            Razer Mamba Tournament Edition:

              Product ID: 0x0046
              Vendor ID: 0x1532
              Version: 2.00
              Speed: Up to 12 Mb/s
              Manufacturer: Razer
              Location ID: 0x01111000 / 7
              Current Available (mA): 500
              Current Required (mA): 500
              Extra Operating Current (mA): 0

The strobing also drives me a little crazy, so I am going to throw $20 at this on Issuehunt, but please still reach out if I can help debug or test. Thanks!

Same issue here. The program can change the dpi but not the alloying rainbow lights. Solved by opening the mouse and pulling off two wires that control the lights. One is the smaller connector on the left and the other is the golden one at the end.

the lights on my mamba do not work but the mouse its recognised by the application, what can I do to fix this?

Same issue here, M1 Pro on Ventura. I tried a bunch of different settings, and somehow it is now stuck on "breathing" mode.
