So, I downloaded the newest verison of razer macOS and I tried to put the ripple effect on my keyboard but it didn't work. I looked at an issue someone had with their razer basilisk and I tried all the stuff to get it to work and it didnt work. Anyone have suggestions?

Hello there, without knowing what platform you're on or which OS X version you're trying to use the application with here's anyway what I need to do to get ripple effects working with Razer Huntsman keyboard using Apple M1 and OS X 11.6:

1) When starting "Razer macOS" and enabling ripple effect for the first time I need to go to System Preferences and give "Razer macOS" permission under Accessibility group: image

2) After giving the new permissions the application needs to be closed and reopened. Otherwise it won't work (at least for me). When I enable ripple effects again (for example the "Green" option) after reopening it will start working.

Unfortunately I don't own Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard so can only speak based on how Huntsman behaves.

I assume you downloaded the universal package under "0.4.5" release which is signed and notarized.

Thanks, @overcurrent , this also just solved my issue. I didn't "Quit" the razer app at the top right after giving the permission. Now did and it is fixed.

I'm using Macbook Pro and razer cynosa v2. Just make sure that you really Quit the razer app after enabling the system access.
