It looks like you have two versions of the app downloaded: "Razer macOS" and "Razer macOS Universal." Try deleting one of them and see if the other will open.
Hi, WrathofthePast, I just checked, I only have one version downloaded. The other one is Razer Synapse. I tried deleting both and reinstalled again but still the same issue happens.
When that error pops up, press "Report..." and copy & paste that text here. You don't have to press "Send to Apple."
Hi, I am facing some problems here and I couldn't find the solution, so I decided to submit a new issue to see anyone can help me out. I am currently on MacOS Catalina (Version 10.15.3) and I can't seem to launch the software, I downloaded the latest version (0.4.8) and installed using the drag and drop to applications method. Attached is a video recording I took showing the problems that I have faced. Hope someone can help me out.
