I audited support for both devices and found nothing wrong with the Ornata Chroma and nothing wrong relating to lights on the Mamba Tournament Edition.
I did find that the max DPI for the Mamba TE was undefined, so I'm creating a PR to correct it.
Please try the following:
Set a light effect for your devices individually instead of via All Devices
(do not try oldMouseEffects as I do not think the Mamba TE supports those)
Clear all settings
If none of that works, please confirm your keyboard is the first Ornata Chroma or Ornata Chroma V2
@WrathofthePast Thank you for the reply My keyboard is the Ornata Chroma... not the v2 ALL DEVICES is actually grayed out. The selections below are not... not sure if this is intended or perhaps a part of the issue

That's intended as All Devices
is not a button; it's a section title

Did you try items 1 & 2?
@WrathofthePast I did. Still dark here. If it's any help, the mouse and keyboard is not lighting up with my laptop either (MacbookPro with Monterey 12.2.1)

Does either of your peripherals have profiles? If so, make sure it's on white.
@WrathofthePast
They do have profiles.
I had to reinstall an older version of Razer Synapse to find it. I'm actually surprised that it recognized the devices. (they were not recognized in the past... which is what sent me on this journey trying to get these working again and lead me here)
The profiles are set to white now. Do I uninstall synapse again or should I just leave it for now?

Try razer-macos to make sure it works. After that, it's your choice on which one you want to use.
@WrathofthePast Now that Razer MacOS is running it Synapse does not see the devices connected anymore. This is really strange. DPI adjustments work fine with the Razer MacOS ... just no light. I would think it was a mechanical issue but it seems unlikely on both devices. Though, I'm not ruling that out though at this point. I'll search around the house for another older Razer device to see if issue is there as well (edit) Same issue persists with another identical Mamba Mouse

Try the devices on a computer that doesn't have Synapse 2 installed. They're clearly conflicting each other.
@WrathofthePast thanks for taking all this time to respond to this. With Synapse uninstalled the problem still persists. It's the same with different Macs and different razer products. I have 3 peripherals that I'm swapping out on various computers with different versions of the Monterey OS. I haven't tried going back to Big Sur or Catalina... and I'd rather not. At this point I might just have to wait for another update of Razer MacOS and just cross my fingers.

Were you able to get them to light up on Synapse 2? If not, I think the lights burned out. Those devices are rather old at this point.
@WrathofthePast
Re: Synapse 2) I was not able to...
That's probably it... i'll try opening them up and testing with a multimeter.

Can this issue be closed then?
I have a Razer Ornata Chroma Keyboard and Mamba Tournament Edition Mouse running on my iMac with Monterey v12.3 Razer MacOS version 0.4.9 recognizes the devices but they just won't light up. I've tried installing older versions, restarting the computer, switching usb ports... nothin. I'm slightly concerned that this is just some simple thing I've overlooked because both devices aren't lighting up. Anyone else having these same issues?
