I can only see the app window but no symbols in the header and i can't choose my device there

works for me in ventura 13.3.1 on M1

Same, works on Mac Air M1, Ventura 13.3.1. The icon is 3 white squares located in the Menu Bar.

Had to change display resolution to max to see the icon in the menu bar.

I see the icon now but it can find my mice anyway mac pro M2

M2 2023 MacBook Pro user here, on Ventura 13.2.1. Unable to see any devices in the app (when looking in the app itself or in the menu from the menu bar icon). Really wondering why this won't work for me and hoping there is some hope coming soon. Any tips or tricks for an M2 user on Ventura to get this working?

For me, I had to do the following:

Update firmware on my device using Razer's firmware update tool on a Windows machine
Ensure the device was paired to the original dongle that came with it. While razer dongles may support multiple devices connecting to the same dongle, razer-macos does not seem to like that.

I'm on MacOS Ventura 13.5.1 on an M1 Max macbook pro.
