Basilisk V3 Pro (Wired ⚡️ & Wireless 🛰️) support

This change includes support for both wired and wireless Basilisk V3 Pro mouse 🐁.

Tested for:

• Editing scroll static, wave, and spectrum lights 🌈.
• Editing logo static, wave, and spectrum lights 🌈.
• Editing side static, wave, and spectrum lights 🌈.
• Editing DPI 🏃🏻‍♀️
• Show battery level (when plugged only) ⚡️.

Yes, thank you very much. I have already returned the mouse I previously bought and now I am planning to repurchase and try it out. By the way, does this driver support changing the scroll wheel mode of the mouse and mapping the mouse buttons to keyboard keys?

I'm having trouble launching the app after upgrading MacOS to Sonoma 14.1.2. It says that the application cannot be opened and should be deleted.
