Guide for updating Razer-MacOS along with OpenRazer #840

Can someone please write a guide, or at least outline the steps, for configuring/updating razer-macos to support new devices whenever the openrazer project is updated?

It appears that this project hasn't been updated in quite some time (life gets busy, I get it) but the openrazer project is still very actively maintained and has updated support for numerous devices since the last release of this repo.

I know there is a wiki with a very basic explanation on how this project works but it doesn't actually tell you where the driver files are referenced in macOS, where razer-macos installs itself to, etc. Unfortunately openrazer doesn't have an "official" package for macOS so it's not clear where/how to update that when support for new devices are published.

I'd be happy to write something up if someone would explain the steps for me. Thank you in advance!

did you ever found out how this works ?

Adding my support/encouragement for this initiative. Openrazer seems to support the Deathstalker v2 pro keyboard, but not sure how that translates into software i can download for Mac to program it.

Unfortunately, I never made it anywhere with this and I don't know which files need to be replaced/updated for MacOS once openrazer is updated. I believe I understand what is needed to make the display menu/cosmetic changes but not sure about the core driver files. Open to any and all input!
