Turtle emulator

(Ambitious project I'm going to work on; please assign me) Add a turtle emulator to mimic:

• Turtle can move (using fuel)
• Turtle can mine and collect blocks
• GPS override, gps.locate instantly returns turtle's position
• Basic world generation for turtle's environment (1 grass, 4 dirt, 60 stone plus random ores, bedrock)
• "Speed" slider allowing user to accelerate turtle functions such as turtle.forward to run faster
• "World" canvas that shows the turtle's environment
• "Inventory" canvas that shows the turtle's inventory
