please how can i update the cwe ? here's a tip for the next update to add a list owasp top 10

Added the option to add new CWEs in last release:

git pull 
pipenv install

Closing this because I have pending to add the OWASP top 10 logged here: https://github.com/1modm/petereport/issues/5
