[ ] Convert each chunk to beat map
- [ ] define beat map format (file type)
  - [ ] binary (0s and 1s), human readable (yaml, json, taml, xml, iso, etc.), or DSL?
- [ ] what data needs to be incorporated + how will it be used / translated
  - [ ] visuals, sounds, etc.
