Improving docs

The current documentation could be improved by adding more examples, e.g.,

• [ ] How to import time-data (e.g. via WAV) and generate csm.
• [ ] How to use flow-related functions, shear-layer correction, etc.
• [ ] Benchmarks cases from the AIAA-community
