Setup metrics for collecting feedbacks #153

Target Customers:

  1. Individuals using other Todo apps
  2. 3-5 people team

Number of data points:

  1. 20 individuals
  2. From the 20 individuals, forming 5 teams

Starting Time: After X'mas Ending Time: 8 Jan Review Time: 9 Jan

Questions to ask:

  1. What Todo apps are they using?
  2. Do they have the problems of reminding at designated locations?
  3. Introduce the product, "A memo that reminds you at designated locations"
  4. Download the product, see how they use it
  5. Ask what problems they found out
  6. Ask if there are only 10 seconds, how to make people understanding how to start using
  7. Ask for any other opinions
  8. Ask to use one week, and contact again

Collecting data:

  1. Fill the information into this issue
  2. Put down name, phone no. and email

We are starting to use Validation Board to help the process

For the approach, one way could be telling them we are currently building up a Todo app, and want to validate some ideas Then ask them whether:

  1. They are using some sorts of Todo App?
  2. Do they have a problem of reminding at wrong location?
  3. Do they want LBS reminder? <- riskiest assumption

  1. Setting location is hard in other apps, thus only set a descriptive name instead of detailed location
  2. Need more sophisticated use case, like remind you to leave one location at certain time, and able to send messages to all participants in the next location telling them you will be late

  2. Do they have the problems of reminding at designated locations? Yes, RTM works but no GPS signal near milk in back of store.
