frameView would appear partially on top of part of the keyboard

Case 1: iPhone 6 / iOS 8.1.2 Case 2: iPhone 5S / iOS 8.2 beta Case 3: iPhone 4S / iOS 7.1.2

By scrolling up in #154, the frame is overlaid on top of navigation bar, which may appear flashing as well
