Customer - Angela Tam (Brand Marketing) Would Use - Yes Comments - Important that it would integrate into personal GTD (combination of Trello and Spreadsheets). Particularly like the potential for sharing + distributing tasks to other family members (e.g. to pickup groceries, remembering certain tasks upon arrival to apartment, etc).

Customer - Pui Kan (Finance) Would Use - Maybe Comments - Raised the point about what if you don’t have time to do the task at the moment of being reminded (e.g. whether can they be postponed or reassigned to another location). Also less keen on audio and stressed the importance of being able to add text based reminders.

We have a result for signing up a LBS reminder app Out of 10 valid data points, 6 will sign up, 4 will not thus it is not achieving 70% signup, thus invalidated, we need to pivot one of the hypothesis
