Command summary at the end of UG #11

Considering its nature as a quick reference for commands for user to follow, placing the command summary at the end of the document seems counter intuitive as users will have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find it.

image.png On the first page of our developer guide, there is a table of contents with a link to the command summary. All the user has to do to view the command summary is to click on the link, so it's unfair to say that "users will have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find it".
