Method calls are not explained #16

It is not sufficiently explained what the + (and later -) signs used to denote method calls entail which can cause confusion especially since this is not a form of standard notation.

This format was referenced from the addressbook DG and I think it is quite universal that the + and - symbols indicate that the method is public and private respectively.
