Report allowing for 0 quantity check #9

Considering the implementation of report r/low stock command checks for items with quantities below the specified quantity, it is not logical to allow for checking of quantities of below 0. A similar feedback as if a negative number was input should have been provided since inputting 0 is equivalent to asking the program to list items with negative quantity.
