Click "INSTALL" and agree EULA

Create file eula.txt and folder build with build.bat and gather.bat

X:\WindowsGSM\servers\2\serverfiles\build>java -jar X:\WindowsGSM\servers\2\serverfiles\build\BuildTools.jar --rev latest

WGSM v1.22.2 WGSM.Spigot v1.2 Win 2012 R2
