The bulleted numbering are in a non-logical order of 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 2, 3

This issue could be a github theme issue, just that the indentation is not as obvious as we would hope for.

Reason for disagreement: Unsure why this issue was rejected when the team agrees that this is an issue.

They have stated that this issue could either be a GitHub's theme issue which they should have checked upon before uploading, or an indentation issue which would be a typo.

In either cases, it would fall under cosmetics as ultimately the reader reading this document would find the numbering to be typos.
