Add support for Lilygo T3-S3 #1877

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I was unable to successfully upload the compiled firmware. the device entered a boot loop state. I tried basing it on other ESP32-S3 devices, to no avail.

Describe the solution you'd like Binaries or web deployment for my device

Describe alternatives you've considered I don't have any alternatives at this point
