Auto completion of spring properties only currently support yaml files

Kindly add support for .properties files

I am sorry. As of now I dont have time to add more features than whats already there

However, there is currently a WIP task from sts4 to provides support for intellij

So any effort we put into this plugin would be useless. Once that plugin is ready, I am going to sunset this plugin
