error on compiling : mediastremer2/mediastream.h not found . No such file and directory

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Made a new folder mediastream2 under third_party folder.
2. made all the changes as described in README to  ligjingle.scons for 
mediastream.
3. compiling the call.exe by executing %PATH_TO_SWTOOLKIT%\hammer.bat command 
from the /talk/ folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
compilation shloud complete without any errors

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libjingle- 0.6.14 on windows 7 , 32 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
prior to this compile the call.exe sample before adding anything about 
Meadiastream in libjingle.scons .but call.exe didn't worked
