Can't start server. "Force Outgoing IP" is enabled. #37

Hi, make sure you have enough space to install the game - you're receiving error 0x202 when trying to install the game, which is most commonly due to that.

Otherwise, make sure there aren't other file system issues that could cause this (eg: permissions). Reach out to your hosting provider if possible

Thanks for your input. I self host a pterodactyl panel, but seeing as df -h shows more than 20 GB left, I am quite confused. I shall check the panel file permissions.

I can't seem to find the location of cs2.sh so I can't check the permissions, where would this be? I assumed in /var/lib/pterodactyl/volumes/.

That file won't exist because it seems your install failed entirely - but yeah, usually its in /var/lib/pterodactyl/volumes/CONTAINER_ID/game/cs2.sh

By permissions, I meant maybe check permissions to the /var/lib/pterodactyl/volumes folder for example, to make sure pterodactyl can write to it. If its not a permissions issue, the problem probably lies elsewhere, and I may not be able to assist as much unfortunately 😅

That I already checked, and the pterodactyl permissions seem perfectly correct. Thank you for the information that the install failed entirely, this is a great start already.

Could you tell me how much space is needed? I have 24G free currently.

I would recommend at least 40-45 GB of space
