Fixes the problem with the npm run docs so that it's actually possible to generate JSDocs locally. Additionally switch the main.yml to use the same command to generate docs for consistency (previously was using andstor/jsdoc-action@v1). This also fixes the warning about using deprecated version of node. The Minami template however, has been removed due to requiring a dependency that has a CVE so the docs look a little bit different.
