Can't record a movie from a savestate #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load a rom
2.Click record movie
3.Set record from to now

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It'll say that it can't find <game name>.bkm

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.10 and 1.20 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
