SNES random crashes #124

Damn crashes. Played Spriggan Powered   loading savestates would randomly make 
the system crash. And it was worse when I was dumping an AVI on a Wedding Peach 
video  and suddenly it would spit out a message and exit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.5.1 on Windows 8.1 RTM Pro

Please provide any additional information below.

I remembered that Bizhawk would crash often in version 1.4.0 (that was why it 
was not recommended). Version 1.4.1 fixed that issue, but after some time, it 
would take longer for a savestate to be loaded. And then in version 1.5.1 SNES 
emulation regressed.

I say that SNES emulation is not yet ready, but I hope that it would be fixed 
one day.

I think the problems here have been solved since.  Tested 1.7.0 (beta) on 
windows 8.1 Wedding Peach and did not expierence any crashes.
