Atari 2600: TAStudio crash (index out of range) upon close

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Bizhawk.
2. Open an Atari 2600 rom (tested: Pacman, ET).
3. Open TAStudio.
4. Close TAStudio.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
I tested other platforms (NES, Genesis, SMS) and did not encounter this problem.

Atari 2600.
