Custom Window Size #85

I want there to be an additional Window Size option that allows me to resize 
the window at whim. When comparing runs, I like dragging two instances of the 
same emulator to each side and let Windows 7 resize each to take up half of the 
screen. FCEUX doesn't let me do this either, and it's always been a hassle. 
Perhaps there could also be a dialog that allows me to type in an exact 
resolution as well, but the free resize is more important to me.
