Add an error message for when you try loading a savestate that doesn't exist. #86

When I try to quick load a state, sometimes nothing will happen, and then I'll 
realize that there wasn't a state in that slot to begin with. There is no 
message to tell me this, which is annoying. I think the message should be 
displayed onscreen and not as a popup message.
