adds npc_findall()
allow secondary npc to npc_setmode to opnpc the primary
resets nextHuntTick on npc respawn

content:

adds 1 drake, 1 duck, and 2 ducklings to lumbridge pond
adds npc following by npc_setmode(opnpc3)
adds dunk hunting, with a rate of 11
