fix(content): mes fixes and remove ~.damage_self

• remove ~.damage_self
• change toy horsey to use mes instead of say
• change rat/bear meat cooking mes
• add period after "stream" in waterfall quest
• change "There aren't any vermin around." -> "There aren't any rats or mice around."
• change gnomeball passing to be able to rag people by closing their interface/weakqueue: old blog post
• change gnomeball passing to always use the "You throw the ball in play." mes
