Simple map editing interface.

You fly around in spectator cam (like in any first person shooter).
You have a bottom panel full of buttons representing entities you may select.
Select an entity, and you can spawn instances wherever you look by clicking.

This ticket represents the creation of that bottom panel overlay UI interface.

Button interface is HTML.
Hold key to bring pack cursor control, to interact with UI.
One button per entity that can be spawned.
One button for clearing selection (allowing you to move or remove placed entities).
