Banner image for readme #61

Let's greet newcomers in the readme with a concept drawing of what Nanoshooter gameplay could look like.

This will help establish a sense of style and attitude for the gameplay.

Criteria

[x] Photoshop source .psd, 2000 x 500 px, included in the repo, art/banner/banner.psd.
[x] Save for web a .jpg version, 800 x 200 px, in repo, art/banner/banner.jpg
[x] Banner (.jpg version) is presented at the top of the Nanoshooter readme, just underneath the title.
Re-ticket for Lonnie
[x] Banner concept drawing of what Nanoshooter gameplay could look like.
