Added Random Event Timer Formula: XP gained has been added as a factor to change the frequency of random events.
Random Event Timer Formula = 3 hours (in game ticks) - (XP_GAINED/85000) * 90
Added collision detection to teleport spells, to avoid teleporting into objects.
Added solid flag to objs.yml to make it easier to change collision for any object.
Music Effects packet now sends jingles for leveling up, player deaths, and using lamps.
Doors and stairs now work in the Cooks Guild and West Varrock.
Starting tile for new players has been moved to Explorer Jacks house.
Imps teleport has been fixed.
Marked undeveloped quests as completed to make it easier to filter for playable quests.
